Low Carb Coconut Fat Bombs

Our low carb coconut keto fat bombs are loaded with coconut flavor. These slightly sweetened bombs only have 1 net carb per serving which means that you can have more than one and tame your sugar craving with their silky smooth flavor! 

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tsp Lakanto Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  2. Line a non-stick baking sheet with wax paper and using a small cookie scoop, scoop the mixture and form into small mounds. Then place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. Enjoy!
